Membership Terms and Conditions

1. First month payment is required for sign up and is NOT refundable or transferable
2. All memberships paid monthly are not refundable in part or full after auto-debit has gone through under any circumstances.
3. Membership commences on the date of sign up and amount will be charged on that date of each month unless otherwise noted.
4. Memberships require automatic payment deductions, therefore a debit/credit card must be used to activate membership.
5. Luxe Naturale may terminate a membership at any time.
6. A $30 fee will be charged for all insufficient funds transactions.

7.Luxe Naturale retains the right to auto-debit member’s dues on the debit/credit card given at the time of sign up. Should the member’s bank account have insufficient funds and/or charge member for insufficient funds penalties charged to Luxe Naturale due to member insufficient funds at the time of auto-debit.

8. Memberships that are 30 days past due will be cancelled. Reinstatement requires payment of dues owed and a reinstatement fee of $30 and payment of first month of new membership.
9. All memberships paid monthly will renew automatically each month. For cancellations, holds and /or changes to memberships for any reason, members must notify Luxe Naturale via email at info@luxenaturaleshop.com at least 14 days prior to next auto-debit, using email subject line “membership cancellation, membership hold or membership change”. Luxe Naturale will send a confirmation via email after the requested action has been made to the account. Member agrees that Luxe Naturale can take up to 7 business days to respond. Termination of this policy must be requested by members one cycle in advance. Members are subject to pay the last month’s payment upon termination request. Luxe Naturale assumes no responsibility for member’s negligence in confirming membership changes have been processed correctly throughout their financial institution.

Consumer’s Right of Cancellation during cooling period (3 days after signing): You may cancel this contract without any penalty or obligation within 3 business days from the below date, and receive a full refund of all payments made to Luxe Naturale. You may also cancel this contract if upon a doctor’s order you cannot physically receive the services, or you may cancel the contract if the services cease to be offered as stated in the contract. If you cancel the contract for either of these reasons, Luxe Naturale, may keep only a portion of the contract price equal to a pro rata portion of the total price representing the proportion of services you used or completed, plus the cost to the seller of any related goods which you have consumed or retained. This contract or note is the future consumer services and puts all assignees on notice of the consumer’s right to cancel.
