Membership Terms and Conditions

These Membership Terms & Conditions outline the expectations and responsibilities associated with Luxe Naturale’s recurring membership programs. By enrolling in a Luxe Naturale membership, the member agrees to the following terms:

1. 1. First month payment is required at the time of sign-up and is NOT refundable or transferable under any circumstances.
2. 2. All memberships paid monthly are non-refundable in part or full after the auto-debit has been processed.
3. 3. Membership begins on the date of sign-up. The membership fee will be charged on this date each month unless otherwise noted.
4. 4. Automatic monthly payments are required. A valid debit or credit card must be used to activate and maintain the membership.
5. 5. Luxe Naturale reserves the right to terminate any membership at any time.
6. 6. A $30 fee will be charged for all returned or insufficient fund transactions.
7. 7. Luxe Naturale retains the right to auto-debit membership dues using the card on file. Any penalties charged to Luxe Naturale due to insufficient funds may be passed on to the member.
8. 8. Memberships that are more than 30 days past due will be cancelled. Reinstating a cancelled membership requires payment of the past due amount, a $30 reinstatement fee, and the first month’s fee for the new membership.
9. 9. Monthly memberships renew automatically. To cancel, place on hold, or make changes, members must email info@luxenaturaleshop.com at least 14 days before the next scheduled payment. The subject line must read “membership cancellation,” “membership hold,” or “membership change.” Luxe Naturale will confirm changes via email. Requests may take up to 7 business days to process. Cancellations must be submitted one billing cycle in advance. The final month’s fee will still be due. Luxe Naturale is not liable for member oversights in confirming changes with their bank.

Consumer’s Right of Cancellation (Cooling Off Period)

You may cancel this agreement without penalty within 3 business days of signing and receive a full refund of all payments. You may also cancel with a doctor’s note stating you are medically unable to receive services, or if Luxe Naturale ceases to provide the services offered. In these cases, Luxe Naturale may retain a portion equal to the services used and any non-returnable or consumed products. This contract serves as notice to all parties of your rights.
