This website is operated by Luxe Naturale. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Luxe Naturale. Luxe Naturale offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us—whether it’s a handcrafted product, a rejuvenating spa service, or a body treatment—you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service,” “Terms”), including any additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store or spa menu shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store and booking platform are hosted on WooCommerce and Amelia. They provide us with the online e-commerce and service platform that allows us to sell our products and book spa appointments securely.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 2 – ESTHETIC SERVICES & APPOINTMENTS

Our services include skincare, waxing, body sculpting, and other beauty treatments delivered with care and expertise. Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to our policies regarding lateness, cancellation, and conduct.

Clients are encouraged to arrive early to relax and prepare for their service. A 15-minute grace period is provided for most services; late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or forfeited appointments. A $15 late fee applies after the grace period.

All clients must complete required intake and consent forms prior to treatment. By booking an appointment, you confirm you are physically able to receive the service and understand its effects. Luxe Naturale reserves the right to decline service based on health disclosures.

SECTION 3 – DEPOSITS & PAYMENT TERMS

Deposits are required to secure appointments and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Full payment for services, packages, or memberships is due by the scheduled time of the appointment.

All packages must be used within the allotted timeframe as specified at the time of purchase. Payment plans, if offered, must be completed per agreed schedule or will result in cancellation of future sessions.

SECTION 4 – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales on personal care items, worn garments, custom treatments, and gift cards are final.

Refund requests must be submitted by email within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will not be granted on perishable, flammable, or hazardous materials. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately for resolution.

Credit may be issued at Luxe Naturale’s discretion. Requests submitted after 60 days will not be accepted.

SECTION 5 – MEMBERSHIP TERMS

Memberships offer discounted services and priority booking. They must be used within the active billing cycle and are non-transferable.

Failure to use a membership session within its allotted time may result in forfeiture. Cancellations must follow our standard policy to retain access to benefits.

SECTION 6 – PHOTO & TESTIMONIAL RELEASE

By receiving services, you grant Luxe Naturale permission to use any photographs, testimonials, or video footage captured with your consent for promotional purposes. You may revoke this permission at any time in writing.

SECTION 7 – LIABILITY WAIVER

By booking a service or making a purchase, you agree that Luxe Naturale shall not be held liable for any injury, allergic reaction, or adverse outcome related to services or products provided.

Clients are encouraged to disclose all relevant medical conditions and allergies prior to receiving treatment. Your participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
